We are offering this charming 60-square-meter apartment, which has been completely renovated. Its location is ideal for enjoying downtown Alès. It is just a few minutes’ walk from all amenities (train station, supermarket, movie theater, restaurants, etc.).

We are also right at the gateway to the Cévennes, allowing you to enjoy beautiful nature walks.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people with all the necessary amenities.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a cozy small building with two units. The building is secure, and access is via a code that we will provide before your arrival.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so you must be able to climb stairs.

This apartment is a dual-aspect unit, facing the street on one side and a patio on the other, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. The street has fairly heavy traffic, but the apartment is equipped with double-paned windows to ensure a quiet environment. Additionally, it features reversible air conditioning, which is pleasant in any season.

The apartment consists of a beautiful living area with an open-concept kitchen. There are also two separate bedrooms, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

To ensure everyone’s safety, please note that the building’s common areas are under video surveillance.

Early check-in from 2 PM or late check-out until 1 PM may be possible, subject to the availability of the apartment and the cleaning service. A supplement of 10 euros will be charged if applicable.
