The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. The building is secure, and access is via a key that you will receive upon arrival.

This apartment is a dual-aspect unit, facing the street on one side and a private courtyard on the other. You will have access to a terrace where you can enjoy a lovely view of a tree-lined garden. The street is fairly busy, but the apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows, ensuring a quiet environment inside. Additionally, it features reversible air conditioning, which is comfortable year-round.
